Session 22 - Understand War

Peace is an equilibrium among many forces. Changes in any particular force and movement may at one time make for war, but under other conditions a similar situation may make for peace. A state may at one time promote peace by armament, another time by disarmament. To estimate the probability of war at any time involves the study of complex inter-group relationships throughout the world. Therefore layman's like us cannot figure out what really is the situation around the world. We are unfortunately kept under total darkness and I pray to God and I hope this secrecy ends one day.
