Political Ideologies are the set the rules, ethics and believes that intend to be applied onto policies and events taken as one's political moral code and world's view.Within the Anglo American tradition of study of ideology there is a shift away from the idea of ideology to the study of ideologies;
"No longer is ideology regarded as an aberration of perception or of understanding;instead a positive empiricism is harnessed to identify and investigate a social phenomenon; the existence of organized, articulated and consciously held system of political ideas incorporating beliefs,attitudes and opinions though latent beliefs are also included."
There exist many kind of ideologies including liberalism, conservative ideology, socialism and Islamic ideology. Implementation of these ideologies in a society refers to the political structure of a society.
Liberalism is a political ideology that, at its core, denounces economic and social
inequality. Equality of opportunity is viewed by liberals as essential, and to achieve that
end, they believe that discriminatory practices must be eliminated and that the impact of
great equalities of wealth needs to be lessened. Liberals usually advocate vigorous
public policies to reduce or eliminate these inequalities. They see government as the
means to make this possible, while also preserving civil liberties/rights, and progressive
values. Liberals believe that public policy should be egalitarian and that it is the
government’s responsibility to ensure ALL citizens have access to affordable health
care, quality education, a clean environment, and social safety net programs. They also
generally believe in affirmative action programs, workers’ health and safety protections,
progressive taxation, and unions’ rights to organize and strike.It can be referred as one of the most strong and practical ideology that elicit positive impacts by the inventory of rights.

Yes, the theory that liberalism practises is that of equality for all citizens.However, practically liberalism can be seen as the false consciousness fed to the citizens so that when the state dominates and controls their actions, they do not revolt.
In reality, liberalism represents domination Through the ideology of equality, which is very unfortunate because human beings do not even realise this control rather consent to it.
