Make up post - The Role of Economics

The foundation of a couple Brett depends upon a functional economy. Take that away and the entire country may crumble. This is was witnessed during the 20th century, where, a conflict between the two major econom systems, capitalism and communism, led to the Cold War.
A country's economy is its backbone. With it, life would come to a halt.
Economies provide the livelihood of a number of individuals and determine social standing. This is particularly important as it determines public opinion, behavior and participation. For instance, if a country has a high poverty rate it will focus more on social welfare as this is what will be demanded by the public. The distribution of resources such a wealth determine the nature of state power.
Money is the main player in the game, without it political parties can not run or claim to support the ideologies that they do. This is the reason why the lobbying system is so prominent, especially in the States,  where special interest groups fund campaigns.
Economic differences are reflected through class divisions and society, where the most powerful political force is the most wealthy one. Marx, explanations this through the concept of Borgeoiuse and Proletariat: the classes are key in politics. However, this class structure can also be seen in capitalist societies, though more complex. The under class are crushed beneath the upper class, who control the states elements through their wealth.
Politics is multifaceted. Wealth continues to play a key role in determining social behavior and political power with the aid of social division or the basis class system. In fact, wealth is at times the most dominating feature in politics, whether we like it or not.
