Session 10 - Political executives vital in running a state?

Political executives are the essential constituents of the governments. These executives form this part of the government that are liable for executing and implementing the policies of a state, made by the legislature. This branch is quite broad, extending from the head of government to the members of enforcement forces.  These members of the executive are further divided into two categories, the political executives and the bureaucratic executives. But are these political executives as efficient in a state not so developed?

The above description can be valid for mature developed political systems, but difficult to apply to new nations, which are in a transition period. Force continues to play an important role in such political life, and appointment mechanisms of legitimation, selection and decision-making has not yet developed.

However, in general, political system can continue to exist without assemblies and constitutions, but they will cease to exist without an executive branch to frame the government policies and to ensure its implementation.
