Executive is the head of state and it is also supreme authority to administrate all by enforcing polices to keep all unite. As answer to the question that which type of executive is best? In america there is presidential system where president is the executive and in country like Pakistan where P.M is the head of government (executive) and president is the head of state.I think There should be distribution of power because it is less risky than giving power to one person. In country like Pakistan where at low level polices are handled by politicians and bureaucrats to maintain civil order so distribution of power like this makes it easier to maintain peace and order as far as everyone shows loyalty y with their duties
In case of Pakistan its our bad luck as instead of distribution of power every government fails to maintain peace even in case of previous government of PPP the chief executive and head of state both belonged to same party so there was no clash of judgments but still it failed to satisfy people. We can also look back at history and we will come upon many examples like Bhutto/Zia and Musharaff/Nawaz etc.
There is need of maintaining balance of power in Pakistan because every executive uses its power for their own benefit and masses the situation.

What exactly do you mean by distribution of power? Are you talking about power distribution between the President and the PM? Or, are you talking about the division of power within the Government, i.e. Executives, Legislature and Judiciary?
The last distribution of power is present in Pakistan, at least theoretically.
