Many political ideologies exist around the world with different aspects. Even one ideology supports different meanings in different geographical boundaries. By scrutinizing every ideology, we usually admire their motives and ways as almost every ideology focuses on human welfare. Where liberalism promotes liberty of human kind, socialism slogans for provision of equal resources and capitalism provokes well established life and material needs. Studying individual ideologies one by one strikes that every ideology has its meaning and it is wonderfully encompassing the human needs and welfare.
However, the most intriguing thing occurs when these theories are applied in real senses. No theory has been proven right in absolute sense up till now. A consideration about the persons who carry on these ideologies is that no one accepts the other ideology. There is no unity from which we can make a single, most effective and powerful ideology. To me the reason is that the basis of being a human is "conflict", if we don't conflict then what will be our aims and motivations. We analyze and criticize different perspectives and often make it public and from here more conflict arises.
Why we need ideologies is another important question. Perhaps we want a way of living, other than religiously set rules. We want to satisfy that we have some point of view about living. We have firm belief in our ideologies and that is why people fight and die as they consider their ideology perfect and which is worth dying.
Many new ideologies will come, some will become obsolete but the concept of ideology making and following will remain as soon as human beings are living in this planet.

Ideologies not only evolve due to cultural and religious differences but they also emerge due to prevailing circumstances and need of the time like the ideology of Pakistan. Congress tyrannical rule realized Muslims about potential loss in political power and freedom in future thus ideology of Pakistan emerged which was based on Two Nation theory.
I agree with Fatima. Individuals and groups devise ideologies which they think perfectly serve the needs of the society. They presume that the implementation of that specific ideology would organise the society in its most ideal form. In the same thirst of proving their ideologies, the US and the USSR got engaged in the Cold War, a rigorous struggle from 1947 until the dissolution of the Soviet empire.
I agree. I also think our ideologies serve as a being a response to injustice. That is probably how the ideology of feminism came into being.
