Bureaucracy !!

1. A bureaucracy is an organization made up of many departments and divisions that are administered by lots of people. It is basically a body of non-elective government officials or it is the administrative system governing any large institution but in case of Pakistan our bureaucracy is highly politicized. In Pakistan politicians consider their right to select the bureaucrats of their own choice instead of setting a criteria and taking it into account. In this way the progress of country is damaged and only the politicians are benefited. the corrupted system cause many problems i.e political and economic as well                                                    There is need to educate people, there is need of patriots whom will work for their country rather for their own selves. there is also need to introduce a system of check and balance so that their might be less corruption.                                                                                                   Bureaucracy is a very important part of a country's administration, it is a main pillar of state it is impossible for a state to exist without bureaucracy.There is a image that they are not accountable to anyone I think its wrong they should be accountable so that they may work politely.
